Let's Play Weird West Part 03 - Picking Some Things Up While We're Out
The message at the Stillwater camp needs decryption, and unfortunately our local relayograph clerk knows the value of her labor. We need to rustle up some money, and rather conveniently Grackle, which is now open for business, has a bounty board where we can do just that. Rather nicely, we also get some free help from one of the deputies who's got a bone to pick with the Stillwaters, so we saddle up and head out to go earn a semi-honest day's pay.
Predictably, things get strange out there, and not just because of AI pathfinding jank. Fortunately, he's not the only help we can receive - we get a nice demonstration of the friend system as someone we rescued comes to *our* rescue. Twice, even! Jimena Velasquez has a bright future as a Mysterious Stranger down the road.
