After doing a sidequest for Dina we finally continue and finish up the swamp.

As mentioned in the video beyond the boss arena is your cutoff for a lot of sidequests as the game will enter chapter 3 soon. Also get Miralda now or you may have some trouble getting her later.

Also we have a boss fight against Shrek. He likes to stay in his swamp so you need to destroy his weakspots on his back to cause him to emerge from the swamp to damage him for real. His physical attacks are pretty basic to dodge but things can get tricky when he busts out the lightning and manages to go full sprint. Lightning Shrek is dangerous.
