IMPORTANT NOTE
after testing this for a day, i noticed a few blackouts still, much less drastic, but I decided to do the oven trick once more at gas mark 6 this time instead of 5
let the oven heat up for 5 minutes
i put the nvidia chip into the oven
left it inside for 13 minutes this time instead of 9
removed and reassembled
