Liberty Island Map Reset Glitch (Infinite skill points, items and credits)

Not exactly the easiest glitch to do...and I'm sure a similar result could probably be achieved with cheats or mods in less time.
The quickest way to get XP isn't in the video. You have to run to the top close to the terrorist leader. While inside you can get more credits by hacking the ATM.
While NPCs and items are reset, this glitch does NOT reset goals. Any NPCs with goal related dialogue (examples: the bum on the dock, the terrorist leader) will remember if you skipped over them or talked to them. Other NPCs lose their dialogue after the reset (Gunther and Paul if you talk to him initially to get a weapon).
