what i did to get it working?
winetricks directx9 vcrun2010 dotnet40

download: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mscoree
and paste it to ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32/
go to winecfg and add mscoree to the overrides.
