Flaming Cliffs 2 Take off Procedure

1. Request permission to start engine: "\"
2. Close the canopy: " C+LCtrl"
3. Left engine start: "R Alt+Home"
4. Right engine start: R Ctrl+Home"
5. Request permission to taxi to runway: "\"
6. Throttle up "Page up" two notches
7. Use the rudder to steer your aircraft to the runway: "z" left rudder "x" right rudder
8. Wheel brakes: "W"
9. Get to the runway and brake and throttle to zero
10. Request permission from tower to take off: "\"
11. Landing flaps: "F"
12. Throttle up about 4 notches and get to a speed of 190 mph
13. Pull up on the stick or press down to put the nose up.
14. After you are airborne, landing gear up: "G"
