You have to drive around Lockdown Town picking up patients and delivering them to the hospital for treatment while avoiding the nasty covidiots. You can see the number of patients you need to pick up at every level at the buttom of the screen. This is a walkthrough of the normal version, but the game also comes with Christmas and Halloween versions with other levels.
