This video demonstrates a four bit subtractor. A four bit subtractor is a four bit adder, but computing two's complement of the number to subtract. It contains four full adder circuits, one per bit. And it contains 4 inverters on each input on the number to subtract. And it always inputs 1, into the carry input on the first adder circuit, per the rules of two's complement.
