Longplay a Indie | 10 Dead Doves [2024][2of4] and then a Parody became a horror
1Indie take on Blair Witch PC game (you know that 2000 Nocturne Spin-off, that was named Nocturne Prequel , and its three Volumes... when Nocturne 2 became BloodRayne... not that crap jank first person game from 2019) with a dash of Silent Hill ... that starts strong, has a nice hook and falls flat on its face writing itself into a corner ... so it took hooks from Alan Wake and Control to end itself... yeah :(
Nocturne and Blair Witch , had so much atmosphere, and this game just gets why it was so good... copying it , beat by beat... You even have 3 cameras , that depending on key moments change its presentation show the world in Third Person , First Person, Over the Shoulder ... to scare you , the problem here is ... it feels more like a "Scary Movie" Parody Game then a Horror game... 4\5
Presenting the whole game well 70% of it ... so no beanies , no commentary tacks ... only 2 normal endings (one good and bad) of 4 (true good , true bad) ... you can guess you have to pick bad things in your narcoleptic state to get them from the start) , no all VHS tapes and so on ... to get those get the game , its worth your time ... For those that don't have a PC , this is for you .
