I am trophy hunting the lords of the fallen for that juicy platinum trophy.
The player is required to collect 12 Orange rarity items in 1 playthrough (Progress doesn't stack between New Game - NG+ onwards).
There are 14 orange rarity items in the game excluding the DLC content (the DLC items dont count towards the trophy), However only 13 items are available to collect in 1 playthrough because 1 shield has 2 elemental variants depending on which boss you kill last in a duo boss fight.
10 of these items including the shield variants are only obtainable from defeating the different bosses in specific ways or within certain time frames, just like defeating the First Warden without receiving damage. As you can imagine they easy to miss. My first blind playthrough i was only had 10 out of 12 and im annoyed since i gotta start from scratch since NG+ doesn't stack. hahaha fml
