Once at the Inn we sit down to enjoy some lovely Chocobo Soup and delicious ale, completely unbeknownst to us, Joshua and Jote are also upstairs in a room inside the Inn. Uncle Byron accidently causes a fight to break out with some Waleod soldiers as Joshua and Jota make a swift exist with Clive rushing after them only for them to be long gone. We get back to our original task of finding the Desert Hare, who turns out to be not who we were expecting. L'ubor is the second Desert Hare, in the same manner as us being the second Cid, he recruits us to his cause and we help deal with the troubling happening in the area, where crystals were being stolen and sold. After taking care of the thieves and returning the crystals to L'ubor and his men, they are returned to whom they belonged, and we head off to do a bit of side questing.
