LUCHA MAN here for more of the fall TV reviews. Now, with so many shows coming out, I wanted to do a multi show special, but that would take too much time, so I split the show into 5 parts, for this part:
Mr. Pickles
A show about a boy and his dong, what could possibly go wrong? Well, it's on the Adult Swim Lineup... Mr. Pickles is a dog who spends time with his 6 year old owner Tommy Goodman. While everyone in the town is oblivious to it, the Goodmans grandfather is the only one who see Mr. Pickles as either an Agent of The Dark One or The Dark One Himself. Anyone else then dies and is unable to confirm this truth. The dog talks in tongues to goats and other animals, has the demonic star and the 666 seen in the title and other areas, and anyone he gets near either suffers or dies in a gruesome way. That, and the grandfather is constantly being tormented but nobody believes him. If Tommy is in trouble or suffers, ironically, Mr. Pickles will in some unholy way get revenge on them. This show is on late and NOT meant for kids. Think Lassie meets Moral Orel with a huge amount of Metalocalypse mixed in, and add a bit of Superjail! and you got the show. Watch at your own risk.
