I want to thank Coma on the Discord for pointing out the Marksman and Starlight setup.
This is for Lufenia difficulty / final difficulty only (for the gear at least, I mean you could do it on other difficulties, but you wouldn't need this particular setup if you're evenly matched.)
Relics yield stats based on the summon's blessing.
Main stats play a major role in your effectiveness.
PRIOR to doing this, identify at least one unidentified gear in the rift or else the relics won't drop on the world map.
Use Marksman, unlock 8 limit releases or so.
Level up Marksman enough to invest job affinity to +325% to get to 400% Marksman.
Slot Starlight on the aiming link.
Turn on the Dragon Trials with Mission Level+ 180 (5 stars)
Consider using Ninja as the second job for Utsusemi.
Run past all the enemies, get the key, head to boss room.
Hold normal attack, then use Starlight. Readjust position if enemy is pushed too far / can't be hit anymore by Starlight.
This is just for relic percentages 500% to 750%. This is not necessarily for gear effects or perfect base job affinity.
Perfect base job affinity (190% for sword, mace, single slot armor) (270% for two-handed weapons) (437% for double slot armor) (57% for shields) will be found in the rift as unidentified items. Keep an eye out for those, even if the relic blessing is not what you want or it's not 750%, it'll be stronger than regular artifacts.
