🎮 Lumia Saga Review by #NimbleThor:
Lumia Saga is a huge 3D MMORPG with a cute art-style, no gender-locked classes, and an absolutely insane amount of gameplay systems and features, even counting a few surprises, like the Runescape-like "life" skills, which allows us to mine ores, collect herbs etc. to craft potions and items.
Lumia has two unique features I haven't seen in a mobile MMORPG before, which makes it worthy of attention:
1) The first has to do with its approach to loot. Our weapon and equipment pieces are made up of 3 "Cores", which can be switched out independently. Each Core changes the attributes and visual look of our weapon and equipment, which means we can even swap out certain Cores depending on the enemy we're about to fight to achieve the most optimal strategy.
2) The second unique feature is its approach to classes and skills. Every class has two sub-classes that we can swap between at any time. Each sub-class comes with its own set of skill and attributes, which means each class has one sub-class focused on DPS, and another focused on team-play.
Lumia is very heavy on its "auto" gameplay, though, with both auto questing and auto combat. For some players, this will be a huge turn-off, but for others, it's the reason they find the game appealing.
To me, Lumia feels like an incredibly elaborate and well-made "idle" game (not too unlike Ulala: Idle Adventure), and as such, it is quite enjoyable.
The game monetizes through selling items that allow us to level up faster, but it seems most things can be grinded through normal gameplay, and if we sell resources to other players on the in-game Auction House, we can even earn a currency that can be used to buy the most essential Cash Shop items for free.
Total game size: 2.06 GB - Requires Online Access
Hope you enjoyed this Lumia Saga gameplay video, which is the newest episode in my Mobile Gaming Quest (MGQ) of finding the very best mobile games every single day, sharing my first impressions with you fine folk!
