Quick explanation: The vultures (I mean the vultures that circle around king Foosa, not the ones that send the durians) only spawn if the boss has finished his flinching animation and he only flinches if you hit him either while he's tired or while he's laughing. He will not flinch if you hit him while he's breathing at you. If we take damage, he will automatically laugh so we can cancel him releasing vultures by intentionally taking damage. This can be done faster with better mango RNG and if the mangoes are used more effectively combined with good spacing. Not that hard at all although RNG is a factor if you wanna go fast.
