Madden 2005 - Greatest Franchise Mode In Madden History?

After buying Madden NFL 12, I am very disappointed in how messed up the Franchise Mode is. EA tried to implement what should have been great features but for whatever reason, it just totally messed up the logic in Franchise Mode or many of these "new" features are severely limited. Oh and can't forget the near game killing "Rain in every single game during franchise" bug that affects alot of teams.

It made me go back and review my Madden 05 and the excellent franchise mode in that game. Probably the best ever in the series. EA needs to go back to the drawing board.

For the record, I am not a EA hater. I do enjoy their games, flaws and all. I'm not very nitpicky with these type of things but Madden 12 franchise mode is very disappointing. It's a shame because the gameplay in Madden 12 is pretty solid.
