Full description of how to implement the edits on a draft class.
Step 1: Go create draft class screen, switch to all players.
Step 2: Hit quick edit, scroll all the way left to Intangible attribute, click X or A to edit the entire column, and lower it until everyone is 25.
Step 3: Drop Hustle for every player by 10
Step 4: Scroll over to Badge View
Step 5: Switch to edit entire column
Step 6: Flick R stick up 1 time to add 1 badge point to every player for the following Badges: Acrobat, Fearless Finisher, Fast Twitch, Catch and Shoot, Middy Magician, Limitless Range, Agent 3, Mismatch expert, Break Starter, Glove, Interceptor, Pogo Stick, Challenger.
Step 7: You will flick down 4 times on the R stick for every other badge not listed above (leave personality badges alone)
Step 8: Switch to Tendencies
Step 9: You will globally increase the following tendencies:
(scroll to the far right to begin and work left)
Block Plus 10
Steal plus 10
pass interception plus 10
hard foul plus 10
foul plus 10
take charge plus 10
post up and under plus 10
post step back plus 10
post hop shot plus 10
post shimmy plus 10
post hook right plus 10
post hook left plus 10
post hop step plus 10
post drop step plus 10
post spin plus 10
post aggressive back down plus 10
post back down plus 10
driving in and out plus 10
driving dribble hesitation plus 10
driving behind the back plus 20
driving step back plus 10
driving spin plus 20
