Major overhaul to military accommodation unveiled
404Living conditions for families in military housing will be transformed as Veterans Minister Al Carns unveiled the new Consumer Charter, which has promises in that will be well received by service community.
The Charter will be part of a new Defence Housing Strategy, to be published later this year, means standards are being raised everywhere. For the first time ever, personnel will be able to make changes within their properties, such as decorating and garden design, and will be assigned a dedicated housing officer whom they can engage for anything housing related.
