Making a Bloodborne Build.... In Salt&Sanctuary
1So I decided it would be fun to try to make a Bloodborne-esc build in Salt&Sanctuary. It went pretty well I think.
For the weapons, I tried to mimic the Kirkhammer from Bloodborne. It's a trick-weapon that, on one side, is a quick short sword. But being a trick-weapon, it can change into a massive hammer.
To mimic this in Salt, I went for the Tachi and the Bonecrusher.
And to mimic the gun you have in Bloodborne, I used the Flintlock Pistol. In bloodborne you can use it to 'parry' enemies, and you can do the same in Salt. I abused this to it's full potential XD You don't see the firearms in Salt used too much, but I really think they're underrated.
As for armor, I used the very dapper set in the Pitchwoods. Not the best stat-wise, but it looks like something straight out of Bloodborne so we're going with it.
I went and joined The Order of the Betrayer for the Blood Vials. For those who don't know, blood vials are the main healing item in Bloodborne.
I expected this build to be more flashy than functional, but it ended up being a genuinely good build XD It's really fun to play, and I'll definitely use it in the future.
