Thought I would make a video showing how I make a Witches Sachet for protection and banishing/reflecting negative energy, these are quite easy to make and the materials can vary, I suggest to use what you have, but make sure the materials intent is in line with what you wish to achieve, for example you might not want a herb known to attract something in a sachet meant to banish. Make sure each item used is charged with the intent you wish for it, for example eucalyptus, sage and rosemary are great banishing herbs, so before I add mine I will hold them in my hand, and cup my other hand over them, I will then ask each to provide assistance in banishing malicious energy, Rosemary can also be used to protect so you should also ask Rosemary to provide protection, bay leaf is also a protective herb. The black salt will absorb energy, while the sparkles and tinfoil will reflect, think of the salt as a failsafe, should anything get past the "shiny" things, you can use any reflective material, I use an old rusty nail as well to add a layer of protection, you can use pins, tacks, modern Iron nails, etc, just be mindful poky things can poke through the bag and poke you, which may not be very pleasant. these can be carried or put under your pillow or anywhere relatively close to you.
