Making an overgrown Abu Simbel in Far Cry 5! (PS4)
40I recently recieved a bizarrely aggressive but funny comment on my 'Edinburgh recreated in the 19th Century' video regarding the historical inaccuracy of it and this got me thinking.
After laughing at their misunderstanding of how these recreations work and the asset limitations involved, I decided to embrace this concept and deliberately mess with history some more by recreating the iconic Abu Simbel in Egypt, however the real life location is a little sparse in terms of asset usage (come on Egypt, sort it out!) so I decided to imagine that by some strange quirk of fate, the country's climate changed dramatically, and Abu Simbel, along with the rest of Egypt has now become smothered in thick jungle.
