This stage is a ghost house with... ghosts... and coin puzzles!
The yellowish ghost is actually the metroid that takes away Mario's coins, seen it various other kaizo hacks. Works the same way.

Custom blocks:

-The block with a coin and the number "50" on it is solid if Mario has 50 or more coins. It's not sold if Mario has less than 50 coins.

-The green coins give Mario 50 coins.

-The blue coins reset Mario's coin count to 0.
