I was cleaning my room lately and saw this game sitting on the shelf. This copy was a replacement for a bad condition copy that I bought from gamestop.com last January, and I didn't bother to test it out until today. I bought the bad condition copy from the same gamestop.com store, and on both sides of the disc, it was all scratched up, even the ink can be scratched off. When I played it, the game sometime said it couldn't read the disc, so I emailed gamestop.com about the problem and they sent me a replacement. After I received the replacement, the disc was in very good condition; no scratches. I assumed that it would work without any problem, so I didn't bother to test it out, because I already played it on the bad condition copy only for the nostalgia. The reason why I re-bought this game again is because of Mario Kart 7.

While I was about to test the replacement copy on the Wii to make sure it works, I thought I should record my gameplay. The disc ran ok without any problem, so I am happy to own a good condition copy.

It has been 4 months since I last played this game. Or make that 8 years if I didn't played it last January. I didn't play very well as how I used to back in 2004. But later in the game, my old strategies was slowly coming back to me, and I began to know my time to throw the green shells at the drivers and such. I know I kept missing the starting boost on almost all of the courses, but I don't mind about it. I was racing with the AI's anyway, and they're not that tough, even on 150cc. It's fun to see more action going on when they're around me trying to slow me down. Heck, I even like to see myself get hit by my own green shells. :P

At the very end of the video, I decided to record my record from 2004 in case I ever lose my memory card. My name that I entered there is NA, a name what my families called me. I think RED, D12 and ANL belongs to my little sister and cousin.
