Hey its ClassicGamingHQ64 and today were playing Mario Party 1 for the Nintendo 64

Follow these Steps to bring up the Secret Menu

1. make sure you have 2 N64 controllers hooked up in 1st player and 2nd player
2. Start up Mario Party 1 and go into the green wrap pipe
3. Select 2 players, it doesn't matter what Map you Pick
4. When Player 1 Starts their Turn, Pause the game on Player 2 and then on Player 1 Controller on the D-Pad input: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A. If the code is inputed correctly you should Head Toads Voice say : "Yeaaaaaaaaaa" .
5. On the second Controller hit the Left C button and it will open the secret menu

So far I haven't figured out what secrets are in the menu but if you figure it out please leave a comment or even if the secret menu popped up for you.
