I've seen this strategy on lots of discussion and wanted to make a video showing it. Also explaining how gear levels work, and leveling your character fast.

For those who don't want to watch the full video here's the TLDR:
1) Choose Avenger's Initiative
2) Go to war table and choose the mission "Days of the Remain"
3) Find and loot both Shield caches in the level (shown in the video)
4) Loot the vault building nearby for gear after defeating the watch dogs
5) Progress through the mission killing the adaptoids for EXP
6) Success!
