This is indeed the most powerful feature in the game, We can create more complex build mecha then save it as presets. We can save as full body presets or just partially like just head preset, left leg only/right leg only presets. The presets will be saved in this directory:
My Documents/MASSBuilder/Assets/

You can share it to other by copying your presets file from assets folder.
