[POSSIBLE SPOILERS]

After activating the Remnant vault on Havarl, when Ryder returns to the Tempest, there is an email from Cora asking Ryder to come talk to her about the Asari Ark.

I don't think the trigger is specific to Havarl or the vault. I think it's enough that you visit any of the 2 Angaran worlds during this part of the main quest line - Havarl or Voeld - and return to the Tempest.

Anyway, that said, we learn a little bit more about Cora and are given a lead back on Eos.
