Amata takes a first impressions review look at the free indie horror game M.A.Z.E. This game envokes feelings of both SCP and Slender, with the maze like feel of Hospice and Containment Breach. You get a very good look at the gameplay in this video, and also get an experienced survival horror players' opinion and analysis on the keyboard and mouse controls, use of sound, atmosphere and general scare factor.

This game has a very dark and uneasy atmosphere, with a huge emphasis on darkness and the loss of light. Your flashlight regularly flickers and goes out, leaving you plunged in complete blackness at the mercy of the monsters in the maze.
