While many enjoy light gun games, it is nonetheless a proven fact of science that playing an arcade game for fifty cents a pop is the worst thing in the world. Regardless, CarnEvil is an oft-loved galley shooter themed after classic horror tropes and cheap, exploitative entertainment. In this session, Nick and Kyle try their hand at the opening mission, which sends your character on a first person perspective rampage through a spooky mansion for some reason. Revel in the sheer impossibility of the ludicrous hallway blasting scenarios, and ponder why such a glut of scared white women would be found anywhere but on an evening broadcast of CNN. Just be thankful you need not actually go to IOWA.
