Racking is the easiest step and sets us up for the longest portion of fomenting process.

At this stage most of the alcohol has been made but now there are lots of dead yeast and their gasses that will not make your mead taste good, so we need to remove all of that by letting it all settle to the bottom and, if needed, using a couple of additives to help clear up the mead if it's still cloudy before bottling.
