First off the game is too damned long!. 16 x 4 (64) races. Shouldnt be attempted in one sitting.
For this port they seemed to use the tried and tested engine used in the genesis Lotus games. This works well showing a good amount of road and good sense of speed.
Strangely, only music or sfx supported. got to be a developer oversight as the genesis could easily do both having both fm synth and psg tone generation.
Somehow this ended up longer the genesis version, not sure why. Maybe number of laps is different on some tracks.
