This is going to be a pretty short series... I definitely enjoy this game regardless, and it has a lot of potential for sure. I'll be eager to see the other stages, whatever they turn out to be.

Anyway, we're now in Shadow Man's stage. There's quite a few irritating enemies in Mega Man 3, but the most annoying so far in this game are those grasshopper things. As we know, your shots travel pretty slow and the controls are pretty stiff. It means you have to land a precise shot every time you see one of these things. The highlight of this stage is probably the raft ride across the lava. The momentum is pretty weird, since it carries over into your jumps. It could allow for a few interesting stage gimmicks later on. Apart from that, the stage is pretty standard for the most part.

Shadow Man is actually slightly easier in some cases. He takes more damage than usual of course, but his jumps seem to be more predictable, and his shadow blades are actually easier to avoid. Not to mention you can slide away from him when he lands his third jump, and he won't slide into you. Overall, he's pretty easy.

This series is going on hold for a while. Similar to 25th Anniversary, Unlimited, Revolution, DITTL3, I'll upload new stages as they come. I'm looking forward to them, and I recommend you try them out.
