Mega Man X3 Zero Project Neon Switching Glitch

I discovered this glitch accidentally during my live #151 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhQXqZIssLs) where i was mastering Mega Man X3 Zero Project by retroachievements.org under the shortest possible time. During this same live i tried to make this glitch again but without success, only later when i explored this situation with more details i discovered the needed conditions to make this glitch successfuly.
This glitch derive from the techinique with the same name from Mega Man X2, but in X2 this techinique is a way easier to do and it only let you switching weapons during the neon state (when X has the second buster charged). This glitch when did at the right way in Mega Man X3 Zero Project, allow Zero to shoot lemons when hes in neon state, but instead the original rom, in this hack rom when Zero shoot many shots in neon state, the bosses hasnt iframes and it allow Zero to do a nice quick kill. I used the version 3.1 of Mega Man X3 Zero Project, but very likely it must works in previous versions.
In the end of this video i show a simple and easy way to do this glitch successfuly.
