Just as tittle says, i found a way to manipulate Maverick Zero in another way, and more usefull btw.

You just put in front of him with a short distance and try to jump him with a dashjump, so he will automatically dash towards you.

Make sure to not put yourself near him, he will do his Giga Attack and maybe surprise you.
