In this mod, I am attempting to maybe give it a bit of a late 90s early 2000s graphic novel feel. and is a Mesh Edge shader REALLY cell shading? not always. sometimes, it is just a stylish accent to something that is already VERY stylized. When in retro, go with a bit of retro , just from a slightly different place. Almost considered using a CRT shader on top. Still considering
