I noticed that when I try to stop, my scooter was stopping down really slow, A little too slow. I mean I had to put my feet down, to slow down, before I fly out into to the street, kind of slow.

So after talking to my father who is a mechanic and owns a motorcycle, he gave me some tips.

Tip 1: loosen cable grip for the bike cable. Lightly squeeze the brakes until you get the stretch of cable you want, then thighten the down the cable grip back down.

Tip 2: your hand brakes should not fully go towards the handle bar when you want to stop. You should have at least an inch or less than an inch of space between the full grip of the handbrake and the handlebars.

I did manage to fix the front brakes and the rear brakes gave me a hassle, since I didn’t have the proper tools.
