I didn't know 'em. grenade' stuns him. So its easier to use em grenade on him once he stops throwing tanks and helicopters at you.

Its much better to use dodge (defensive offense skill) than blocking, except for fog and even then you can use it, but its more dangerous.
I really enjoyed this boss fight.
