Metal Gear Solid V: GZ | How to swap NPC models

Here's a tutorial on how to swap NPCs, something that wasn't covered in the MGSV Modding thread on Steam, or anywhere else.

If you want the extremely tl;dr version without visual aids and all, you can just read it here(that assumes you know how to unpack/repack .fpk and .g0s):
With the help of the pastebin link, go to the respective folders of the character you want to swap with, and copy the .fmdl, .fcnp and .frdv.
You'll now want to go to the folder of the NPC you want to swap.
After going to the to-be-swapped NPC's folder, paste your files in here and rename the new files to the old ones. After that, repack the .fpk and ultimately the .g0s.

Note:
//(Be aware that the marines are not stored in ...\pack\mission\extra\e200XX\..., but instead in ...\pack\location\gntn\pack_mission\base\gntn_base_xx_fpk\...)
//"dds" is used for several NPCs, so make sure you got the right folder.
