I don't use save states (nor do I intend to), the "Load State" message you see occasionally is because I can't rebind the hotkey for loading save states. F9 is used by my capture software for enabling/disabling video capture but the emulator also treats it as Load State (Since nothing is saved to it nothing happens).

Part 3B is recorded at 60FPS however I reduced it to 30FPS for aesthetic reasons (Keeping it similar in appearance to the rest of the videos I'll be uploading). Future recordings in the series will be done at 30FPS to prevent performance lag while playing the game.
