This is just a demonstration of a particular late-game section of Sector 1 in Metroid Fusion, encountered after defeating Ridley: It appears to be a reverse run through a simplified simulation of Tourian, starting from the top the left of Mother Brain's Chamber, through said chamber itself, and then back up. You can see in the long room that there's a big empty spot to the left where Mother Brain would sit, alongside all the other platforms leading up to her over acid.

I've never seen this pointed out anywhere online and think it's a pretty cool bit of show-don't-tell environmental storytelling that, alongside the Metroid breeding program, the Federation wanted to clone Mother Brain to control the Metroids as well, similar to their plot in Metroid: Other M. Perhaps the Federation just... casually had many similar programs like this hidden on various space stations?

Technical details: This is the Japanese version of Metroid Fusion on hard mode (using a custom save that unlocks the hidden English text option), played via an EZ-Flash Omega DE flash cartridge on an Analogue Pocket plugged into the Analogue Dock. The original AGB-001 display filter, frame blending simulation, and 1:1 pixel mode were used. Footage was captured using an Elgato HD60 Pro at 1080p/60fps, and upscaled and cropped to as close as possible to 1:1 pixel scaling at 2160x1440 resolution.
