When the readme of this wad told me that stealth would be a crucial thing, I initially thought that they're talking about being careful in my approach as a disguised officer, taking risks of having my cover blown for better equipment or hiding out but having low items for the final confrontation or something of the sort. That thought was a mistaken one.
