MiSTer updates:
- Support for scaler coefficient file loading at runtime (files should be put into /Filters folder).
- Improved analog stick to dpad conversion (as proposed by olin)
- Support for USB-MIDI

Genesis:
- Support for scaler coefficient file loading at runtime (Update MiSTer binary!).
- Adjust VDP timings (Toy Story)
- Workaround for some games using EEPROM/SRAM (NBA Jam TE, College Slam, Evander Holyfield, NFL Quarterback Club, Frank Thomas Big Hurt Baseball)
- Adjust FM/PSG volumes.
- Fix Space Harrier II sound.
P.S.: This release still uses old CPU!
