It's available, as to be selected, as a free final progression ship (T5). I FORGOT to use the ship's ultimate attack, but it's just a lightning strike. The lightning you see isn't the ultimate attack. It's from the experimental weapon slot.

To me, if you have even a small interest in Star Trek then playing Star Trek Online is a must. You don't have to spend a dime. You would be at a disadvantage playing PvP, but PvP in the game is basically dead anyway. REALLY DEAD.

I opted for the Mogai Heavy Warbird Retrofit as my final progression ship for my engineering Romulan captain then, and she's powerful. Even with no powerful or special equipment or weapons, she could take on advanced difficulty task force missions.

The retrofit version boasts a slot for an experimental weapon, and you get one experimental weapon with it PLUS a unique epic equipment.
It's a T5 ship, not a T5-X or a T6-X, but it's powerful in its own right.
