Have you ever played The Evil Within? It's a survival horror game known as Psycho Break in Japan, spearheaded by Shinji Mikami of Resident Evil fame. It stars Sebastian Castellanos who may be suffering more from hallucinations than a child of the Amazon licking luminous toads and mushrooms.
The audio has a slight issue in some scenes, don't worry, that's not your headphones going awry. There's also some footage of The Assignment and The Executioner, which are downloadable content (DLC) for this fairly engaging title.
