Heavily influenced by Ultima Underworld, Arx Fatalis, and the King’s Field series, MonoMyth Brings the First Person Dungeon Crawling Simulation to life! Sneak around to avoid the enemies, or just creep up and Smash them!
Peek around corners, Thief style, and watch for pressure plates on the ground, and secrets buttons on the walls, stealing what you want as you ghost through a lvl. But there is more than just combat in this Dungeon Simulator! You can make things, handy things to have in the Dungeon Environment. Make dough on tables, Bake bread in ovens, Cook Fish over a fire, clean bandages in water; remember: the prepared Adventurer is the Happy Adventurer!
MonoMyth has also taken a page from Dark Souls, enabling you to spawn after death at the spawn location or nearest shrine you have visited, with an incentive to retrieve your bloodspot and regain lost exp. So no gameover or having to reload a previous save when you drop, which should help prevent players from becoming stuck.
