YOUR SOUL IS MINE! He said it! I sold 3 Magic the Gathering cards to buy that ridiculously expensive Kombat Pack without actually spending my own money... Regarding his moveset... it's awesome actually. None of his moves feel pointless. Some of his Brutalities are hilarious. He can transform into several ninjas in their klassic costumes (sniff... Reptile, come back), which are also part of the Kombat Pack. The ninjas use their old winning poses mid-match, too. His Kintaro-Fatality is a throwback, too.
Overall, interesting moveset, my only complaint would be that his costumes aren't very interesting considering he's an evil sorcerer.
