If you see Multiple copies of Windows 10 in MSCONFIG Boot tab then just delete the boot except the default boot selection which loads fine and if it doesnt work then please follow below steps

1)Search CMD then run as an administrator and in the black screen type
2) sfc /scannow
3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
5) sfc /scannow
6) chkdsk /scan
