They can poison too,but that's not too big a deal. You get an Ise Charm for winning,which increases soul power recovery. The other enemy lair in this part is against 7 samurai. You'll be hard pressed to land a charged down A attack,so you might just be better off spamming attacks and skills to break their blades. The miracle drug you win from it gives you auto regen.
