I imagine this is a very well known about glitch by now, but I didn't find anything about it in my extensive 2 minutes of research so lol
This happens on rare occasions when going back to the title. I do this for resetting instead of simply pressing the reset option due to it resetting the stage itself instead of the whole run, therefore not allowing me to save neither my score nor a replay. I have no idea if it happens when you do this anywhere or only in Stage 1.
