Storm players who use Hail Storm have the option to DHC to another character if they feel they are in danger, but this video is just something to keep in mind if you're ever put in the position of Storm trying to chip you with no partners or with X-Factor enabled.

DISCLAIMER: A lot of the the punishes shown are situational and rely on screen postition before and/or after Hail Storm's activation to be effective. These do not account for assists called by Storm before Hail Storm, thought some of the punishes shown are indeed effective against them as well. These are definitely not all the options available but are the ones I felt were most effective.
